An Open letter to the Expired SRC President

Attention : Mr. Kwame Ntow

MR. Expired SRC President, kindly be informed that the Alliance of concerned UG students are fully aware of the  plot between you, the Chief Justice and the Dean of Student Affairs to intentionally cripple our student governance by denying Mr. Prince Asumadu, SRC President elect the opportunity to serve.

We are also fully aware of your plot to hide behind the excuse of some election petition and eventually swear - in the General Secretary elect as the acting President of the SRC, because of your hate for MR. Prince Asumadu

MR. Kwame Ntow, kindly be informed publicly that both you and the Chief Justice are on record to have said that the Dean of Student Affairs has halted the process of handing over when clearly there is no constitutional clause or article in both our SRC constitution or the UG basic laws that grant the Dean such powers.

The constitutional procedure,is to initiate the swearing in of newly elected executives whilst the election petition hearing procedures, but you, the Chief Justice, the Dean and some unseen forces are determine to steal the verdict of the people

MR. Expired President, the Dean has not issued any written communique stating publicly to have halted the process therefore, be aware that, there are consequences to every action.

Moreso, there are huge consequences to actions that  violates our constitution.

If by Monday, 5:00 pm, you still continue to hold yourself as President, the alliance of Concerned Students of UG will prove to you that the power to rule is generated from the People.

Kindly be informed that any attempt to swear in the General Secretary elect as President will be forcefully and bloodily contested. Kindly be informed, there are consequences to every actions, I hope when that times comes you will be ready to take responsibility for the consequences of your ill - thought through plans.

Signed:

Convener

Kwesi Atuahene
