THE BIRTH OF POLITICIANS

Bro. Samuel.              Eng. Tom Isingoma

Analyzing the current state of mother Ghana and the hardship that the citizens of our dear county are going through, I just remembered how my very good friend by name Eng. Tom Isingoma in Kampala-Uganda wrote in his book titled 'The Pan African Youth to be 'The Birth of Politicians' which to me is very true

"One of the greatest weakness of Africans is that we fight with anger only when oppressed, after succeeding, we easily forget."

This was seen when we acted like jabs fighting against each other just because of the differences in the artificial territorial boundaries in the presence of hungry imperial beast.

Immediately after taking over power from those that we wanted to take power from been the white imperialist, we just forget the core reason for fighting.

We did not also study the about the administrative strategies or restoring our traditional system of administration. We instead resorted to tribal and religious differences, looting harsh rules, killing each other and finally destroying the pride we had fought for.

Political parties did not play any significant role in harmonizing us in the past colony as they had previously mobilize us against colonialism. We did not prioritize our needs first, to use all possible ways to dream big start small.

Some like Mobutu who acted as revolutionary leaders had ill intentions we did not know off, and right after getting power they acted like teenagers anxious for luxurious and started exploiting what they need like mineral resources, bigger shares of the national cake and others while they used state machinery to kill other critical opponents leaving the people the ought to serve go through severe hardship"
To be continued....

I mean no harm, I only write to educate and suggest for future betterment. Every Step Counts
