First of all, Life's inevitability has always acted as a spur for change, which has helped society's diverse facets develop over time. The world we live in can change as a result of change, whether it is societal, technical, or personal.

Change is clearly an essential instrument for development when the effects of change are examined in relation to economics, education, and technology.

Change has demonstrated to be a crucial tool for economic growth. The transition during the Industrial Revolution from rural economies to industrialised society serves as one illustration of this. Significant improvements in the production and distribution of commodities were brought about by this revolution, which led to higher productivity, a boom in the economy, and better living conditions for many people. The introduction of globalisation and the emergence of the digital age have further highlighted the significance of change for economic progress.

Rapid improvements in communication, transportation, and technology have made it easier to interchange goods and services across international borders, promoting economic growth and opening up new job opportunities. Change has therefore played a crucial role in influencing the economic environment and advancing societies.

Education is a critical pillar of progress, as we all know, and change is essential to its development. To adapt to the shifting needs of society, educational systems have experienced substantial changes over time. For instance, the transition to online education from conventional classroom-based education has revolutionised access to knowledge. Online learning environments provide flexible learning options, removing time and distance obstacles and enabling people from all different backgrounds to learn new things.

The development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students has also been accelerated by improvements in pedagogical approaches, giving them the tools they need to succeed in a world that is changing quickly. Change in education is therefore crucial for society advancement as well as personal development.

On the other side, technological development has been at the forefront of change, revolutionising many facets of society. Technology has changed communication, information sharing, and resource access, from the printing press's invention through the rise of the internet. The digital revolution has significantly altered the ways in which we work, live, and communicate. It has aided in the dissemination of knowledge, encouraged innovation, and improved productivity in a variety of industries. For instance, the advent of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionised sectors like healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation, improving productivity and quality of life. As a result, in the contemporary era, technical advancement has taken the role of a catalyst for progress.

Ghana has tried its best to make all of these a reality, but one thing stands out:

Making room for all of these changes while ignoring to accept them or facilitating them to happen in political circles also seems like something we should take into consideration because it might cause the other sectors to fail.

It's time to reflect once more on the fact that managing Ghana's affairs involves more than just the NPP or the NDC, which is why Ghana's young and general populace must do so. The fact that you are a member of the NPP, PPP, CPP, NDC, or any other party does not obligate you to vote for that party every time. This is how I see things.

The progress of the country is also hampered by those who, in my opinion, believe they are born members of particular political parties, hence what ever be the case, they will still vote for that party. 'TILL CASKET TOWNSMEN', I have said this today, and whenever I am asked, I will say it again.

I have remarked that those individuals in political circles contribute to the country's slow growth and development. Even if a political party is doing improperly, just because you are a member of that party doesn't obligate you to support them. I have stated this and will do so whenever asked to do so.

Undoubtedly, change is a strong development tool. As it perpetually shapes and moulds society, its influence on economics, education, and technology is obvious.

Change has advanced economies, improved access to education, and revolutionised technological capabilities from the Industrial Revolution to the digital era. For both societies and people, it is crucial to accept change and see its possibilities for growth. It is essential to harness the power of change as the world changes in order to advance development and build a better future for all, let's think about it again. It's not always about NPP or NDC.

I BRO. SAMUEL,  mean no harm, I only write to suggest for future betterment and development.  Every Step Counts
