On behalf of my fellow National Service Persons' here today and those that couldn't come due to some unfavorable conditions.

I'm humbled through the mercies of our almighty God who is in heaven for giving me this opportunity to stand before us all at this hour of the day,

I want to thank each and every one of you for making this day a success.

Just as the sun paves way for the moon, when it's time is over, so it is that, our turner has come to an end as service persons.

The old order changeth, given way to the new is manifesting itself today in all it's ramifications. How time flies

Through the will of God, all of us are alive and we have managed to meet here today to witness this special occasion in the assembly.

I want to thank the Municipal Chief Executive, Municipal Coordinating Director, Head of department and all staff for the love, time, financial support and everything. We say God bless us all. So far, so good.

The Presbyterians will say, Ebenezer, this is how far the Lord has brought us. While the Methodist voice Emmanuel, the Lord is with us
