Education is the key to the future since those who prepare for it now will own it in the future. A proud and thriving nation is one that has access to education. There are many of us who will concur that the majority of Ghana's schools are in such terrible shape that words can not express how we feel about them.
Since it is universally acknowledged that every kid has a right to a high-quality education, the Higher Heights Foundation, a non-governmental organisation in Ghana that has been in existence for the past four years, has made it their mission to assist students and educational institutions in underprivileged areas of the country.
The Higher Heights Foundation has visited numerous educational institutions in deprived communities. The organisation has had a significant influence as well. These include branded exercise books, drawing boards, whiteboards, mathematics kits, ruler donations, and a lot more. There are still remaining unresolved issues and impacts to be made.
As a result, the foundation has been laid for the establishment of its tertiary institution chapters around the nation. The leadership of the Foundation hopes to recruit many more young people and tertiary students to join the organisation in these chapters, which will bear the names of the corresponding academic institutions.
By doing so, they hope to have a significant positive influence on the nation and leave an enduring legacy in our educational system.
