THE REFLECTION: A NOTE FROM BRO. SAMUEL, DIRECTOR OF AGRICULTURE, KWAME NKRUMAH IDEOLOGICAL INSTITUTE

As I enter the final days of my tenure as Director of Agriculture at this esteemed institution, I do so with a heart full of gratitude and reflection.

The journey has been demanding. We faced challenges, endured long nights, and navigated moments that tested our resolve. Yet we persevered. Together, we planted, nurtured, and grew, not only crops, but hope for a more self-reliant future.

Guided by the African spirit of resilience, unity, and an unwavering commitment to our land and people, this department advanced despite the constraints. That same spirit sustained the work and sustained me.

While systemic and structural limitations meant we could not fully realize every objective we set out to achieve, KNII gave me profound purpose. You gave me family. And together, we demonstrated that dedication and commitment can create meaningful impact, even within a limited time frame.

I extend my sincere appreciation for the trust placed in me, the lessons learned, and the memories we built. Though my role and title may change in the coming days as part of institutional restructuring, my dedication to agriculture, to KNII, and to this vision will remain.

Forward ever, backward never.
